二、教学与课程
1、教学理念
在教学中,我注重培养员工批判性思维和创新意识,引导员工树立正确的价值观和人生观,通过案例教学和问题解决的方式激发员工的学习兴趣和主动探究精神。
2、承担课程
本科生课程:无土栽培技术、土壤肥料学
硕士研究生课程:资源环境生物分析技术、环境生态修复技术
三、研究方向
主要研究方向为产地环境质量与农产品安全生产、植物逆境胁迫和资源循环利用。
在植物逆境胁迫和资源循环利用方面,主要研究植物在各种生态环境下的适应机制及其分子调控机理,以及资源循环利用中微生物的生物转化技术和应用。目前,主持2项省部级课题,作为主研人员参与了2项国家级重点研发计划课题,在《Science of The Total Environment》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等权威期刊发表SCI论文10余篇。
在产地环境质量与农产品安全生产方面,主要研究污染环境对农作物产量、品质和农产品安全的影响及其调控机制。目前,主持1项省部级课题,在《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》、《Ecotoxicology and Environmental Safety》等国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文10余篇。
